Shipping Policy

Auvelle.co offers free standard shipping to all supported countries and regions available at checkout, with no minimum purchase. Shipping availability remains subject to carrier service and destination restrictions.

Processing and production

Standard, non-custom orders are normally prepared within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation, unless a different timeframe is stated for your item. Processing time is separate from delivery time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Custom, personalized and engraved pieces may require additional production time. Please contact us before ordering for a specific deadline. We will confirm your custom production estimate and notify you if your expected dispatch date changes.

Free standard shipping

United States: Free standard shipping, with estimated delivery 5–7 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing or production time.

Other supported international destinations: Free standard shipping, with estimated delivery 7–14 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing or production time. Customs clearance and local delivery conditions may extend this estimate.

Orders may ship from our workshop in India. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. Expedited shipping may be available on request for an additional charge; it does not shorten production time unless we agree otherwise.

United States — duties and taxes included

For orders delivered to the United States, Auvelle covers applicable import duties and import taxes. Applicable sales taxes, where collected, are included in the displayed product price under our U.S. pricing settings.

U.S. customers should not be asked to pay additional import duties or import taxes on delivery. If a carrier requests such a payment, please contact us with your order number and the carrier notice before paying so we can resolve it.

Other international destinations — customer-paid import charges

For destinations outside the United States and India, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT and customs-clearance or carrier collection fees. Free shipping does not include these charges.

These import charges are determined by the destination authorities and may be payable before delivery. Where an amount is separately collected at checkout, this will be shown before payment. Please review any taxes and charges shown at checkout.

Tracking and delivery

We provide tracking information after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, customs clearance, weather and holidays may cause delays.

Addresses and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address before completing your order. Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If a parcel is missing, damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us with your order number and relevant photographs. Retain the packaging where possible. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits your applicable consumer rights.
