1. General Information
Auvelle.co offers natural diamond and lab-grown diamond jewelry, including custom-made and ready-to-ship pieces where identified in the relevant product listing.
Website content, including images, designs, logos and text, belongs to Auvelle.co or its respective rights holders. It must not be reproduced or used commercially without the appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
2. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications and images. Minor differences in appearance may result from screen settings, photography or material variations. These differences do not remove our obligation to supply jewelry that matches its description and your agreed order specifications.
Diamond Type: The applicable product listing or agreed custom-order specifications will identify whether a piece contains natural diamonds or lab-grown diamonds.
Customization: Please confirm your preferred size, metal, diamond type, engraving and other specifications before production begins. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
3. Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is expressly indicated.
Applicable tax treatment, shipping charges and the amount payable will be disclosed before you complete your purchase. Any separately payable import charges are addressed in our Shipping Policy and the shipping section below.
Prices may change before an order is accepted. Once we accept your order and confirm its price, subsequent price changes will not affect that order.
Promotions and Discounts: Promotional offers cannot be combined unless the relevant offer expressly permits this. Any eligibility requirements or exclusions stated with an offer apply.
4. Order and Payment
By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected product subject to these terms and the specifications agreed for your order.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Please provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information.
Custom Orders: Full payment is required before production begins, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Confirm all custom specifications before production, as changes may not be possible once work has started.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: Unless a different timeframe is stated in the product listing or agreed for your order, estimated processing times are 3–5 business days for ready-made items and 5–7 business days for custom pieces. More complex custom orders may require additional time.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to all supported countries and regions available at checkout, with no minimum purchase. Destination restrictions and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Customs duties and taxes: For U.S. deliveries, Auvelle covers applicable import duties and import taxes; applicable sales taxes, where collected, are included in the U.S. product price. For other international destinations outside India, import duties, taxes, VAT and customs-clearance or carrier collection fees are the recipient’s responsibility unless expressly collected at checkout. For a delayed, missing or damaged shipment, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange any remedy required under your order and applicable law.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Voluntary 14-Day Return Policy: Eligible non-custom jewelry may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and unworn.
Return Process: Under this voluntary policy, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request return instructions, and return the item within the 14-day period. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Custom and Personalized Orders: Items genuinely made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized, including engraved pieces, are excluded from change-of-mind returns to the extent permitted by law. This does not remove your rights where an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Statutory Rights: The voluntary-policy deadlines and condition requirements above do not restrict mandatory cancellation, inspection, return or refund rights. Where applicable law provides different requirements or longer timeframes, those rights take priority.

7. Warranty and Defects
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order details so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.
Limited Warranty: Any additional manufacturing-defect warranty offered for a particular item is subject to the coverage, duration and conditions disclosed with that item or in its warranty information.
Such a warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, misuse or improper care unless expressly stated otherwise. Any additional warranty operates alongside, and does not replace, your mandatory consumer rights.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including information used to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support and operate our website.
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Information may be processed by Shopify and relevant service providers, including payment processors and delivery providers, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Cookies: Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Privacy Policy and cookie information. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential technologies, we will request that consent. Simply browsing the website does not replace any consent required by law.
9. Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Auvelle.co is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not remove our obligations concerning delivery, defective products, products that do not match their description, or other mandatory consumer protections.
A package being handed to a carrier does not, by itself, cancel our responsibilities to you under applicable law.
10. Mandatory Consumer Protections
Any choice of governing law or courts will not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Auvelle.co may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively and will not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing accepted order. Please review the terms before making a new purchase.
