Each product page lists the metal type, gold purity, stone type, dimensions and what is included, such as a chain or pendant only. Available options vary by design. Diamond certification is included only when stated. Please check the measurements, as close-up photos can make jewelry appear larger.
2. Can I choose my size or customize the jewelry?

Contact us before ordering for unlisted sizes, chain lengths, engraving or custom designs. We will confirm availability, pricing and production time.
3. When will my order arrive, and is shipping free?
Standard processing is approximately 3–5 business days unless a different timeframe is stated for your item. Custom or personalized pieces may take longer. Estimated U.S. delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch; international delivery is approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch. Free standard shipping applies to all supported destinations at checkout, with no minimum purchase. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs or carrier delays. 4. What if I need help after receiving my jewelry?
